Livercake recipe

Recipe for liver cake

This is easiest if you have a food processor

Heat oven up to 150 degrees

Cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper

Put liver in processor and blitz until smooth
(The pack of Liver I bought was 0.24kg)
Add 1 egg
Squirt of garlic puree (optional)
5 heaped tablespoons of plain flour

Blitz again until smooth

Spread out over baking tray and bake for 10 minutes
(to check if it's cooked - it should be springy in the middle)

Cut into tiny chunks - can be frozen
